September 2007: Adele and Angelo, that is us, go to celebrate their silver wedding in Prague, a city so famous and fascinating that it needs no introduction; we walked the streets of the center, crossed the bridges over Moldova, saw many statues of disturbing shapes, met very good street musicians, admired the gothic churches and art-nouveau buildings with their beautiful decorations, visited the Jewish cemetery and the synagogue, and all this in three days of splendid weather that made the visit unforgettable, also thanks to the roads, very easy for wheelchairs. Certainly after 14 years the historical and logistic information has vanished from the mind, and to reconstruct it would be impossible if not useless. So we said to ourselves: why not reproduce the images in bursts, without captions; there are many organized trips for the disabled with destination Prague, and in any case you can easily go there on your own, as we did, with a good guide and lot of curiosity. Let's start with the photos:
So, what do you think? Did we make you want to visit this beautiful city? If you decide to go there, let us know your impressions and give us any logistical-gastronomic updates. Good trip!
